About Morwell
Morwell, A town like no other; set amongst the industrial wonder of coal power stations; shrouded in mysterious smog- with seasons as diverse as frigid and smelting- Morwell is a town where you can see the true cultural identity of Australia. As a nation, we may be missing several hundred years of evolution that other countries have- and yes, we are technically a cultural back water- but with this site, you too can see the glory that Australia has become. A wondrous place where locals are filled with pregnant teenagers and numerous people working for the DOLE.
Morwell, once a boom town for the coal industry is home to world famous commission homes, cheap rent and bargain shopping hubs. Its a town of diversity and human strengths. The surrounding area, including the haunted hills, coal holes and local towns Moe, Traralgon and Churchill are a great place to spend a weekend looking at- coal, and coal related things.
Morwell has a fabulous Leisure Center- full to the brim with levels of Chlorine
Morwell is well known for its borderline safe levels of air pollution. Think of it as living on the edge!
Not only does Morwell present the face of Australia to the world, it also endorses trade unions, dark re-growth in blonde peoples hair and conservatism. It speaks for the nation with a heavy accented Australian voice; crying out 'This is Australia, come look at my foibles!.. im a little verclempt "
